Also easy to adjust the position of the back and the seat too, it stands at 90 degrees, very upright.
It is not that big , when I finished my workout I folded and stored it against a wall in my bedroom.
I am 5'4 and it was the perfect size for me.
Excellent bench for the price, size and quality.
Now, I did like that there was no assembly required but in my picture, they shipped it with the plastic cover being pinched between the cushion and support beam. Why?! Either I have to disassemble the bench to get the plastic off or cut the plastic and hopefully not cut the cushion too. This is a very poor choice on the manufacturer, but it's the only complaint that just annoys me to no end.
