They’re beautiful and amazing to cook with. I’ve replaced my Calphalon collection with this set. I did have to adjust my warm up time on the pans to slower and I make sure to use a good quality oil and have water/broth available for longer sautés.

I finally pulled the trigger on the Legend 5-ply cookware set and was immediately impressed when it came. At first sight, the cookware was gorgeous, high quality, and heavy. Then I cooked with it for the first time (following everything I learned in my how to videos) and was immediately blown away by its ability to maintain temps and evenly heat everything. I’ve been so frustrated in the past with cookware unevenly cooking our food, but no matter where the food is in these pans, it’s getting evenly heated. I’ve been using these pans for several weeks now and continue to be blown away by the sear on meats, the even simmering of sauces, the quick boiling of water, the rapid response to temperature adjustments, etc. I am fully converted to (high quality) stainless steel cookware and will never go back (with the exception of keeping a cast iron and non-stick skillet for certain things).
The picture is of the 4 pans that I use continuously and they look brand new. The best part of these is that no matter what you do with them, they’re easy to clean. Bar keepers friend and a steel wool sponge for tough stuck on messes and they’re good as new!
