Great range, tire durability for rough roads (I use mine for about 3k found a side road with no shoulder and always very gravely). And a comfortable deck.
You are definitely going to want a raised mount if you plan on attaching a phone holder/ extra light/ etc: and you are going to want extra reflective stickers.
Also: us colder climate drivers. Pack your charger with you, because once it gets too low it drains FAST.And it's a little bit of a heavy beast to push up hill.
Have no complaints at all. Makes getting around town very easy.
The ride is good for community with those inflatable tires.
The battery life is less because of my weight but it can still get approximately 50 km. In total distance (Set on drive only. ) If using sport it is a little quicker buy 3 kph with a top speed of 30 kph.

I catch an hour long buss ride everyday for work on Vancouver Island; this scooter fits into the overhead luggage rack. I then travel another 6.5km by scooter on the local bike trails and roads to my place of work. The hills are 20°-30° and with some assisting kicks I can maintain 18+kph up these hills. I'm 190lbs(+10lbs gear). In top shape I get 3 (2way) trips before needing to charge. That's 39km per charge (60+km potential ideally.). I bought my scooter last year and have put 1440km on it and it is still, rain or shine, going strong. This is an excellent commuting scooter with great battery life, built to handle some abuse.
I do recommend a quick release strap when placing it in overhead luggage racks. My handlebar post has scraped paint because it slid in the rack a couple times before I bought straps.
