   Having a degenerative muscle disease I'm so happy to find this elliptical device with it's automatic mode. I can't currently do the manual mode and this was only device with automatic mode and PT said it is still good exercise for muscles and get circulation going to help my edema. Great price @ $219 and easy enough to figure out remote. Device weighs about 12 pounds and best on carpeting and if use on Harwood would need rubber mat. It does make a little noise when using but minimal in my opinion.

   First of all, I have to say that this particular elliptical trainer weighs about 1-2 pounds, making it portable. All I do is grab its handle and move it to a place in my house where I want to exercise. The elliptical trainer comes with a remote control and electrical cable. Both can be stored in the machine's compartment located just below the handle.
   
   To use the machine, you must turn on the power until you see -HA-. Then push the 'start/stop' button once. It will start to peddle backwards. If you want to peddle forward press the 'Direction' button once. You must bring the remote control close enough to the screen of the machine to activate the buttons. When switching back to the start/stop, you must click twice to activite it otherwise it won't start .
   
   When using the machine I noticed the machine worked my feet all the way fo half of my lower leg (above the knee cap). When I was done exercising, I put away the remote control and electrical cable in its component and placed the machine in a dry cold place and away from the sun. I recommend this machine to anyone who needs to improve feet and leg circulation. The machine does make noise but not loud enough that it bothers me.

   Great Seated Elliptical, it's easy to use. I am currently healing from a foot and ankle injury so I needed something to help me get motion back in my foot and ankle. When I dialed down the automatic mode speed it was very comfortable getting my still foot some much needed light exercise. The machine isn't heavy but it's not too light where it's unstable while using it like some other brands. I would recommend reading the directions so that you can understand all the settings. Overall I really like this elliptical.

   Now that i'm working from home and doing a lot more air i needed a way to keep my legs from falling asleep and still get some movement and exercise while i'm working. Ancheer elliptical is just what i needed. Now as i'm doing work i'm still working my feet and legs . It is also improving my circulation to keep me healthier. It's very portable and easy to move around. I can literally pick it up and take it anywhere. I like the LCD display, it tells me how far i've pedaled in miles, how many calories i have burned, what speed i'm am going and the distance. i can use it manually or on automatic. it also has a remote control for easy changing of speed. The pedals of the elliptical have a great grip i can use with shoes or without for a little foot massage. It's very silent so i could have it under my desk and be using it without disturbing my co workers who work right next to me. Not only can i stay healthy but i can get both work at my desk done and get a workout in at the same time. I can appreciate any exercise equipment that can accomplish this!

   Going through physical therapy for an ankle injury and needed something to keep my ankle moving. This elliptical is so smooth, even in manual. I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is worth the price.
